The Message Community Church

Join us Wednesday, May 19th at 5:45 pm for a meal for $5 a person. We will be splitting into groups following the meal for a time of devotions. You must pre-register for the meal by completing this form or using the paper form that is available at the church. Please do so by Sunday, May 17th. The meal choice is a Chick-Fil-a Sandwich (w/o pickles) or an 8 count Nugget. The meal includes chips, a cookie, and a drink. Please complete the form below for each person of your family that will be attending. There are enough spaces for up to 6 people. To submit for more than 6 people use a second form.
